Background

Every year Great Place to Work investigates the best company to work for. A prestigious nomination that Microsoft already received 3 times in a row. In 2012 they are again in the running becoming the winner of Great Place To Work.

Challenge

Coming up with an innovative entry for GPTW 2012, showing again that Microsoft is the best place to work!

The idea

We wanted to give the Great Place to Work organization direct access to Microsoft and its employees to learn about Microsoft’s working experience first-hand.

We offered a realistic view inside Microsoft’s office by developing, as one of the first companies worldwide, a website and a Hub application in Windows 8. Connecting windows Phones and a Hub inside the office, all employees could post short messages, photos and videos, telling the outside world about their experiences working at Microsoft.
