From the beginning, we wanted to create a community in which the customers are engaged. This approach needed more than a simple Facebook page. We needed a mechanism which attracts users, engages users and turn them into brand ambassadors.

The idea
We did not just create a Facebook page with information about Intel’s products, but we created an Intel lifestyle hub. A lively Facebook channel with a high percentage of interaction through videos, competitions, polls and games. We came up with Intel Facebook TV. The content of this channel was based on the themes from Intel.
Results
Within a couple of months Intel’s friends grew tremendously
