ING Bank - Widget
Background
ING Bank offers several channels and events, such as ‘Week van de Ondernemer’ (‘Business Week’). Goal of these initiatives is to connect with the customer and facilitate relevant discussions within specific business topics. During this event, several experts are available to interact with the audience. At the same time, presentations are held throughout the days. ING needed a way to connect the audience with the experts and each other.

Why it makes our heart tick
ING clearly was in need of a non-intrusive way to connect and share experiences. A mechanism that could be re-used in other campaigns and one which can be adjusted to new audiences and goals.

The idea
Meet the Twitter Widget, which we developed for ING. A compact widget, which combines real time Twitter feed, the latest videos, and full program of the ‘Week van de Ondernemer’ event. Everyone stays up to date throughout the days. Besides the ‘Week van de Ondernemer’ the widget is also used for several regional initiatives, and the Dutch Technology Week.
